2020: Wössner UK Founded

On January 1, 2020, Wössner expanded once again by opening another location.

The new branch is based in Kelvedon, United Kingdom.

2019: 40th Company Anniversary

One year after moving into its new headquarters, Wössner celebrated its 40th anniversary in March 2019. What began as a one-man operation developed over the decades into a globally active company that continues to expand.

2018: Completion and Move to the New State-of-the-Art Headquarters

On March 1, 2018, Wössner GmbH moved into its new headquarters in Haltingen / Weil am Rhein.

2017: Wössner USA East Division Founded

In addition to the previously established West Division in California, Wössner USA expanded further by founding the East Division in Ohio. Wössner pistons continue to be manufactured exclusively in Germany.

2011: Wössner Asia Founded

Headquartered in Taichung, Taiwan.

2011: Wössner Italia Founded

Growing demand for high-performance forged pistons led to the founding of Wössner Italia Srl. in Monale. Pistons manufactured in Germany are also distributed there.

2009: Forging Plant in Monale

Wössner acquired its own forging plant, thereby securing the quality of its products. FGM Forging Group Monale became part of the Wössner Group.

2005: Wössner USA West Division Founded

Based in Los Angeles, California.

2003: Growing Demand

Wössner’s rapid growth required a fourfold expansion of its production area at the beginning of 2003.

1992: In-House Forged Pistons

In-house production of forged pistons began in the 1990s. In 1992, the foundation was laid for Wössner GmbH.

1970s: Wössner Founded

In the late 1970s, motorsport enthusiast Eckart Wössner began importing pistons from the United States to Germany.
