Shipping policy

Shipping Terms

1. Delivery Area

We deliver within Germany and to the delivery countries expressly specified in the online shop.

If, by way of exception, delivery to a delivery address requested by the customer is not possible, we will inform the customer without undue delay.

2. Shipping Costs

The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to the customer during the order process before the order is completed.

Where different shipping costs apply to individual products, delivery methods or delivery destinations, these will be shown separately in the online shop.

3. Delivery Times

The applicable delivery time is stated in the online shop for the respective product or during the order process.

Unless a different delivery time is stated in the online shop, delivery shall take place within the usual shipping time for the respective delivery country from conclusion of the contract or, where advance payment has been agreed, from receipt of payment.

If the delivery period begins only after receipt of payment, this shall apply only where the selected payment method requires advance performance by the customer.

If, by way of exception, delivery delays occur, we will inform the customer without undue delay.

4. Partial Deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries insofar as this is reasonable for the customer.

No additional shipping costs shall arise for the customer as a result, unless the partial delivery is made at the customer’s express request.

5. Shipping Service Provider and Shipping Method

The selection of the shipping service provider and the shipping method shall be made at our reasonable discretion, unless a specific shipping method is expressly offered or agreed in the online shop.

6. Failed Delivery / Default of Acceptance

If the customer does not ensure proper acceptance of the goods, or if delivery is not possible for reasons attributable to the customer, entrepreneurs shall bear the reasonable additional costs incurred by us as a result.

In relation to consumers, this shall apply only insofar as the customer is responsible for the failed delivery.

7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, we kindly ask the customer to report such damage to the delivery carrier as soon as possible and to inform us without undue delay.

Failure to make such a complaint or notification shall have no effect on consumers’ statutory rights in the event of defects.

Entrepreneurs must inspect the goods for transport damage and other apparent defects without undue delay and notify us accordingly.

8. Passing of Risk

In relation to consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods shall pass only upon handover of the goods to the consumer or to a recipient designated by the consumer.

In relation to entrepreneurs, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods shall pass to the entrepreneur upon handover of the goods to the transport company, carrier or other person designated to carry out the shipment.

9. Customs Duties, Import Charges and Other Fees for International Deliveries

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply in individual cases. These are not paid through us and shall be borne by the customer.

Such charges are levied by the competent customs or tax authorities of the destination country.

10. Payment Methods

The payment methods available to the customer are displayed in the online shop and during the order process.

We reserve the right to offer or exclude individual payment methods in specific cases only for certain delivery countries, order values or subject to a creditworthiness check.

The clauses on shipping costs, delivery modalities and delivery restrictions correspond to the pre-contractual information obligations in distance selling. The reference to transport damage is deliberately phrased as a request in relation to consumers so that statutory rights in the event of defects are not restricted. The provisions for entrepreneurs regarding inspection and notification are linked to Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB).
