Yamaha YZ250F Piston Kit with 14.2:1 Compression
This piston kit is specified for Yamaha YZ250F models from 2019 to 2024, YZ250FX models from 2020 to 2024, and WR250F models from 2020 to 2023. The kit is designed for use with a +2.00 mm long connecting rod and has a specified 14.2:1 compression ratio.
Complete Piston Kit
Unless otherwise stated, piston kits include the piston, piston rings, piston pin, and retaining clips. However, for this product, the required OEM piston rings are not included and must be supplied separately.
Required Long Connecting Rod
This piston kit must be used with the specified +2.00 mm long connecting rod. The compatible connecting rod products are P4080 and P4080-RPL.

The piston kit is available in two listed variants with different bore and piston dimensions:
- 4095DA: 77.00 mm bore / 76.96 mm piston
- 4095DB: 77.01 mm bore / 76.97 mm piston
OEM Piston Rings Required
OEM piston rings are required for this piston kit and are not included with the kit. The listed ring reference is 1SM-11603-00-00.
Piston Pin and Retaining Clip
The listed 4095DA variant uses a CW16 retaining clip and a WP070DLC piston pin. The WP070DLC piston pin is specified as 16 × 38 × 9 mm.
